This lesson will go over some tips to keep your curly roots straight after you work out!

Learn:

  • A quick and easy way to straighten frizzy roots
  • What to add to help stretch newgrowth straight
  • How to incorporate this technique into your busy workout schedule.


Tools:


  • A boar bristle brush
  • Du Rag or scarf

Steps:

After a Workout:

1. Saturate roots with a water and a wrap lotion.
2. Gently slick back roots.
3. Cover with a scarf or du rag.
