Q: Hello Gennifer, I have a question about general shelf life of products (poo, con, moisturizers, etc.). What can you tell HT users about shelf life and how to know when to throw products out, as opposed to using them yourself or giving them to friends, particularly when there is not a date on the packaging? Is it okay to ignore an expiration date, or is it more a question of how the hair responds (or doesn't), both?
